You must be 18+ to create a Getplexoras account. Provide accurate, current information. Safeguard your password; notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or TOS violations.
2. Order Acceptance
Product listings are invitations to treat. Orders are offers subject to Getplexoras’s acceptance via order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders for pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspicious activity.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices exclude taxes/shipping, added at checkout. We match pre-order prices if they drop before release.
4. Intellectual Property
Getplexoras owns all site content (logos, text, images). Unauthorized use triggers legal action. User-generated content (reviews, photos) grants us a perpetual license to use/modify it globally.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Ban: automated scraping, reselling without authorization, exploiting site vulnerabilities, or posting illegal/hateful content. Violations result in account termination and IP blocking.
6. Disclaimers

7. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Delaware law, USA. Disputes must be resolved in Delaware courts. Class actions and jury trials are waived. Getplexoras may seek injunctive relief for IP violations.
